Merry Christmas

I know I haven't been very faithful in updating this blog, but I hope to be better in the new year. With the wedding over with, I should have a little more time...That is, until tax season really gets rolling. At any rate, I will do my best :)

The Harvest Festival

Hillside Wesleyan Church has a Harvest Festival every year. This is Hannah's 3rd time attending. She loves being a princess.

Snow already?

I was startled to find my car covered in Snow this morning. I hadn't prepared myself for winter yet.

I forget every year that it usually snows at the end of October. I hear this winter will be a particularly snowy one.
It will be cold on Friday to take Hannah trick or treating...

Little Lady Bug

Hannah decided to dress up like a ladybug today, but was then shy when I went to take pictures!

She looks mad at me in this one - I only helped dress her, she picked it out. :)

My wonderful fiance surprised me with flowers when I got home from work the other day. He's so sweet :) He even got my favorite. Aren't they lovely?

Busy days!

Hello Everyone,
I know it has been a long time since I posted - About a month! - I thought I would update a little. We are all keeping very busy. Ben started his new job for AIG American General, it is tax season again for me (extensions are due October 15th) and Hannah is working on potty training! Not to mention wedding planning!
My parents were away at OBX last week and we were all very jealous to have not been able to go along. Hopefully next year! Sounds like they had a wonderful time and I can't wait to see the pictures...speaking of pictures, I took some new shots of Hannah the other day and I will post them as soon as I have my camera and remember to. :)

Wedding stuff...

So we've set the date: December 13, and now we're trying to set up everything else. We've been talking with the hotels in town, (The Best Western and Comfort Inn) to get a group rate. If we can book 10 rooms at the Best Western, they will be $77 a piece, rather than their regular $99. So if you think you may possibly be staying overnight at a hotel, please let us know so we can give them a rough estimate. Thanks!

We're Engaged!

Great News!!
Ben and I are engaged! He proposed to me at sunrise on August 25th.
We are so excited and couldn't be happier!

Hannah takes her stickers very seriously. Her and Amy had a great time!

Han also loves playing with the camera so she got this....um...adorable...shot of me. :) ha

Much has been going on. I won't be able to post for a while. Safe bet is to check back on Labor Day. We are in the process of moving to our new apartment...should be fun!

Chuck E. Cheeeese!

We had a very busy weekend. Friday night was the ballgame and Saturday we went to Erie. Ben has been studying for his Insurance licensing test so he went to take it at the Sylvan testing center in Erie. Hannah and I shopped at the mall during the test and then met up with Ben when he was finished. He got an excellent score and PASSED!! So we celebrated by going to Chuck E. Cheese. Neither Ben or Hannah had ever been there so we had a fun time!

Take me out to the Ballgame!

Hannah and I had our first baseball game experience Friday night at a a Buffalo Bison's game! We got tickets through my work. The whole office went up and we had a box with a bunch of food. It was so fun!

There were 2 helicopters on the field before the game that took off after the National Anthem. So Cool!

Hannah wasn't that into the baseball game, but enjoyed a game of "Peek-a-Boo" with Uncle Wes and Cousin Katie.

There was an air hockey table in our box - (Suite 21, by the way) -Hannah would have chosen to stay here the whole evening. She loved playing with the kids.

And the night ended with Fireworks over the stadium. We had a wonderful time!
