Camping!....in the back yard :)

We're been trying to take Hannah camping all summer, but we haven't been able to find time. ...so we decided we'd try it out in the back yard. It was really fun! A great trial run, hopefully we will be able to go out in the woods sometime in the next few weeks.

Ben & Carrie's Excursion: Baltimore

On the second leg of our trip, we swung down to Baltimore to visit our friends Jared & Emily. (You may remember them from my blog about their wedding.)

We toured these 4 Historic Ships.
It was really neat, but SUPER hot that day, so we were exhausted by the end.

It is the oldest of the 4 we toured.

Ben and Jared are fellow nerds, so this is how they spent most of their time together. :)Thanks to Emily & Jared, we had a great visit with you and can't wait to see you again soon!

Ben and I took a rode trip to visit some friends and do some sight seeing.
