Saturday, we spent the day preparing for and attending a bridal shower for my friend Emily.
Emily and Jared are getting married at the end of May.
Ben is Jared's best man and I am one of the bridesmaids. They are great friends, we're so excited for them!
All the married ladies in family and wedding party brought their veils and we displayed them on the mantel. Emily had to guess whose they were and label them. Fun game!
This was while we were setting up for the Shower. Emily's Grandmother went through this entire Disney book with Hannah looking at pictures and talking about the stories. So sweet!

We had lots of yummy snacks, including; shrimp cocktail, chips and homemade salsa, veggie trays, cheese and crackers, homemade sangria, fruit salad and chocolate covered pretzels and strawberries (these are what Hannah got all over her new ivory dress - haha, I should have known better)

Hannah had to try my veil, too. She also tried on the blond wig. Suits her, doesn't it? :)
